Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

Short version: Velvet Aces has no accounts, no tracking and no server that collects your data.

What we collect

Nothing. The site is static and has no backend, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. We don't ask for your name, email or payment details.

What is stored on your device

To make the game work, your browser's local storage keeps a few small items. They stay on your device and are never sent to us:

your play-chip balance and basic stats (hands played, hands won, best balance)
that you confirmed you are 18 or over
your music and sound settings, and graphics quality

You can delete all of this at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Your chips then reset.

Hosting

Whoever hosts the site (a static web host) may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address and requested pages, under their own policy. We don't receive or use those logs to identify you.

External services

Fonts, 3D code and all media are served from the site itself. The site doesn't load third-party scripts. Links to other sites, such as Gambling Help Online, are governed by those sites' policies.

Contact and your rights

Because we hold no personal information, there is nothing to access or delete on our side. If you have a privacy question, email aussienexusgroup@gmail.com. This policy is intended to be consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
